You could make the deck (the part you stand on) a little shorter and the flats a litttle shorter

mini ramp sizes

hey all
ive just decided now that ive got a job i can afford to make a mini ramp
but i only have limited space for the length of the mini ramp, 5 meters!
its says in the plans that it is 7.4 meters, is 5 meters too short for the length?
i can go a bit longer then 5 meters ...

ive only got 5 meters or so to build it

dramas with the mini

... I've only got a limited head room and lenght to play with..
plannin on constructin a 0.6 meter high ,3.6 meter width ,(6 meter overall lenght) mini ramp. lookin at a decent lenght platform about 0.6-0.7 of a meter but couldnt get my head around the ramp calculator formula. I think it's a 1.96ft ...

So I would grab the quarter from the shallow end and lift up to tilt it back, and the wheels would make contact with the ground, then I just roll it? That could work. Thank you. Now to steal a couple of shopping carts j/k.

i am i little bit worry :S
becuse me and some friends really wanna build a mini ramp, but now i see that mini ramp for 367$ or what the price was is just a inside ramp!
so if i will keep it outside, will it be destroyed by water, cold and stuff like that? :S

i wouldnt bother with retractable wheels. on the two quarters just extend the plywood so it matches the platform, frame the inside on the two by fours and screw some shopping cart like wheels to the two by fours on the back. it should look like there is four wheels sticking out of the back. i am not...
