yeah its 6ft of flatbottom so it will be cheaps but i was also wondering if the transition to the flatbottom would be hard to get smooth?

it will work ether way but the flat bottom using wood would only cost like 30 bucks or less depending on how long it is.

wow, so the forums are finally up!

i was starting to wonder if it was ever going to happen, lol

so anyways, i finally finished the new addition to my ramp, and i recently got some footage of it. the videos on my project page (bens mini ramp), let me know what you guys think of it

a good rule of thumb for mini ramps is twice as much flat as height. the ramps on this site are close enough to four feet high and have 8 ft of flat bottom, and they work pretty well. if you do a lot of lip tricks you want to give yourself ...

1/2" plywood for surface?

Is 1/2" doable for surfacing a 3' mini with a 6.5' transition or is the wood too thick to bend properly? I know most use 3/8 but I found a good deal on some 1/2".

... 20 and i just jacked up my wrist :o so it might be a week before i get to skate again but i cant believe i quit . . . but anyways im starting on a mini pipe using some plans from this site ill keep u guys updated on it. I'll try to have some pics up soon later guys and keep up the skating! :!: :!:
