... just wishful thinking but the rotating idea is that an 8' wide 4' high quarter pipe is only 4' wide when it is on its side.

The boat trailer front 'retractable' wheel worked great. I used 2 of them for the back part of the ramp. Still working on what to do for the front. Now I am just sliding 2 skateboards under the front and it works fine.
