1/2" plywood for surface?

Is 1/2" doable for surfacing a 3' mini with a 6.5' transition or is the wood too thick to bend properly? I know most use 3/8 but I found a good deal on some 1/2".

... of the flatbottom and .75" for the plywood on the platforms, which gives 3' 8.75" total height.

If you want to get really exact the surface reduces the ramp height a little, and the coping sticks up increasing the total height a little (possibly the ramp height as well).

4ft * 2ft ramp

... for the slope and also how to make the join at the top where the deck which will be 22 inches wide and the hole ramp will be be 4 feet wide ride surface if any body has any hints that might help please let me know

if you surface it with skatelite do you still have to put the plywood on before would you only need 1 layer of plywood :?: please respound quickly

1. the masonite is the final layer. it is not there for strength, but it is smooth and provides a good riding surface. it is your choice if you want to use one or two layers of plywood underneath the masonite. i am a heavier guy, so i used two layers of plywood, then ...

HAVE A QUESTION

when putting the 1st layer of surface on my mini ramp is it a huge ordeal that there not exactly evenly lined up since im putting 2 more layers on??????
