How to Kickflip

To do a kickflip you should be comfortable doing an ollie while moving.
Stance: Put your back foot on the center of the tail, and your front foot slightly further back than normal (just behind the front trucks), at a slight angle forward.
Do an ollie and flick your foot out in one motion. The front foot slides up the edge and over the nose of the board.
Watch your board spin under you, bring your front foot back under your body and catch the board with your back foot to stop the rotation, let the board grip to your feet as you return to the ground.
